Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please include your order number with the return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
