Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Singapore and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for availability.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard shipping: S$4.90 (5–8 business days). Express shipping: S$12.90 (2–3 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over S$50.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status anytime from the Orders page.
